All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial evaluation by the editorial board. If a manuscript does not meet the magazine's requirements, the editor either rejects the manuscript or requests the author to make necessary revisions.

Articles may be Rejected due to inadequate quality. If the manuscript passes the initial evaluation, it will be sent for review by 1 to 3 scholars from the relevant fields. The review process remains anonymous.

All manuscripts are reviewed as quickly as possible, usually within 5-6 weeks. Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the chief editor makes one of the following decisions: accept, make minor revisions, make substantial revisions, or reject.
